Birth Doula Options

As your birth doula, I aim to support you and your family in the best way possible. Each family is unique and through our time together we will gain knowledge of each other and learn how to most effectively support your personal wishes around the birth of your child. Below is an outline of my services as a Birth Doula and a small explanation of what these services can achieve. Essential Encouragement

This package includes complete birth doula services through out our time together. Included are two prenatal visits, on-call care for the complete duration of your birth, as well as one post natal appointment to reflect on your birth and conclude our time together. The prenatal appointments include education, understanding, and options around labor. These appointments are for us all to get to know each other and become a team to support your wishes. Please refer to the Birth Doula home page to get detailed information on what will be covered at these meetings. I will be on-call for your labor and arrive at the time that you feel comfortable with. After arriving I will continue to be by your side for the entire birth and leave only after you and your new family have gotten settled in a bit, generally 2 hours (massage service always included during the birth if requested). After you are home and rested we can figure out a good time to meet up and exchange thoughts about the birth, the baby, and your new life as a mama.

Pleasingly Pampered

This Birth Doula package includes everything from my "Essential Encouragement" package, along with 3 additional massages for mama.

As with the package above, this includes open communication through out our time together, two prenatal appointments, on-call care for your birth, continual care during labor, and one post natal meeting to reflect on your birth and conclude our time together. The massages included in this package will generally take place before or after the doula meetings unless otherwise requested. I feel this is a great way to give back to your body during this time of amazing transition, and for us to further explore comfort measures prior to the birthdate. As all of my doula clients receive a discounted rate of $100/1 hr massage, this package allows you to save an additional $50 for an added massage. Massages generally take place in the comfort of your own home unless other accommodations should be requested. Greatly Gratifying

This Birth Doula package includes everything from my "Essential Encouragement" package, along with 6 additional massages for mama or other family members.

As with both packages above, this includes open communication through out our time together, two prenatal appointments, on-call care for the birth, continual care during labor, and one post natal meeting to reflect on your birth and conclude our time together. The massages included in this package can take place before or after the doula meetings as well as other times during or after your pregnancy. I feel this is a great way to give back to your body during this time of amazing transition, and for us to further explore comfort measures before or after the birthdate. Birth partners and family members are also encouraged to receive body work during this exciting time to regulate stress and allow for optimal self awareness while welcoming a new member of the family. As all of my doula clients, including birth partners, receive a discounted rate of $100/1 hr massage, this package allows you to save an additional $50+ for added massages. Massages generally take place in the comfort of your own home unless other accommodations should be requested.
